Form a strategy and lead all activities across the business.
Manage and refine social media presence, build communities, join social conversations, and develop marketing plans.
Oversee the execution of high-quality output activities such as: thought leadership, blogs, eBooks, webinars, and video.
Work collaboratively across sales and product management to ensure buy in and clear understanding of future campaigns.
Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials.
Responsible for the output and performance of our content and digital marketing agencies.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
Track and analyse on traffic of campaigns, review conversion rates, attribution, and pipeline growth.

Professional written communication – to include scripts, multimedia campaigns and form documents with a clear understanding of the product representing end user requirements.

Public speaking – comfortable to represent marketing initiatives, speaking in fort of groups and the ability to handle on-the-spot questioning.
Analytical – research-based analysis to determine wants and needs of the customer base with the ability to draw logical conclusions based on data and other information received.
Creative – Have an eye for design to develop concepts for products and how they are represented.

Technology skills – to support marketing campaigns, social and digital activities and other services to support delivery.
Work experience in a B2B marketing leadership role.
A strong understanding of various digital/social media marketing, web analytics and Google Adwords.
Experience with CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field.
