Concur and Conferma Sign Virtual Cards Deal

Expenses specialist Concur has signed a strategic partnership with virtual cards firm Conferma.

The deal will see Conferma’s virtual payment solution being integrated into the Concur Travel and Concur Expense platforms.

This will make it easier for Concur’s 36,000 clients to use virtual cards “seamlessly” to pay for business travel expenses.

Doug Anderson, senior vice president, global travel products for Concur, said: “Virtual cards give travelers greater flexibility and a seamless travel experience while providing travel program administrators and financial controllers a tool that increases security, fraud protection, and streamlined spend reconciliation.”

Conferma’s CEO Simon Barker added: “I believe that this partnership will drive additional value to both business and the wider travel community.”
