Job Title: Test Analyst (Manual Testing)
Department: QA
Reports to: QA Team Lead (Product Department)
About the Role
Testing the products and projects at Conferma Pay
As a Test Analyst, you will be involved across the Software Development Lifecycle helping to ensure that our Products are delivered to a published roadmap within planned release cycles to a high standard. You will possess excellent communication and written skills and work closely with the development teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Experienced QA Analysts at Conferma Pay are responsible for:
- Responsible for testing new features across the product suite based on a wide range of technologies including mobile and web services.
- Engage with designers and developers to clarify features and functionality.
- Be involved with defect tracking and reporting to QA Team Lead.
- Liaise with the Support Team to help identify issues and known bugs
- Contribute to the Development Teams’ working practices including process improvements.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Experience of manually testing software
- Experience of Azure DevOps, LambdaTest or similar test management tools
- Experience of creating Test cases and tracking deliverables.
- Excellent observation skills with good attention to detail
- Overall 1-2 years experience as a Test Analyst or Entry Level Test Analyst
- A valid ISTQB Foundation level Certification would be advantageous

Pay & Perks
Compensation
Base Salary £35,000 – £40,000
Bonus available – 10%
Salary and Bonus dependent on Location, experience and skills
