About the Role

The Service Desk Administrator will provide day to day support for the Service Desk team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and support all the administration duties as directed by the Head of Implementations and Service Desk on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist with coordination & monitoring of team training & development plan.
  • Analysis of Support tickets to identify both internal / external training requirements.
  • Responsible for processing tickets on the Conferma Connect queue to ensure communication details are accurate at all times.
  • Responsible for processing items on the Root queue to ensure communication details are correctly categorised and prioritised to reduce communication failure ratios.
  • Liaise with Product team to monitor and analyse Connect and associated communication issues to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Qualifications Required

Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administration background
