Overseeing the link between service desk and Infrastructure for escalations and resolutions
As an Infrastructure support engineer, you will be the key member of staff to ensure that any escalations from the service desk 1st line in the business is managed and resolved/escalated. As an Infrastructure support engineer for the business you will manage Banking ticket requests, investigations of file deliveries and working with developers where required to investigate issues.
