About the Role

Support the Implementation Manager in day-to-day activities in addition to supporting API and Banking Partner integrations.  Supporting customers internally and externally on new business onboarding.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Setup Portal: Manage Implementation setup portal
  • Review new requests merge and push live within agreed SLAs
  • Overall organisation of the setup portal

Implementations:

  • Manage the implementation support queue on Zendesk to assist internal support team and customers.
  • Attend internal and external implementation calls to support Implementation Manager where required.
  • Keep customers up to date on each stage of customer onboarding process.
  • to gather feedback on a regular basis to constantly improve the on-boarding process and customer experience.
  • Maintain on boarding process documentation.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to processes and software.

Practice a basic understanding of API integrations and continue to up-skill knowledge
