About the Role
Drive the global growth of a FinTech by promoting world-class B2B payments platform
Conferma Pay powers virtual card payment technology for the world’s best commercial card issuers and the most recognisable corporations. Our expertise in travel payments was recently validated by our acquisition by a travel technology leader, Sabre Corporation, and further investment from the payment’s powerhouse, Mastercard.
In this new role for Conferma Pay, we’re looking to scale adoption of our payment technology in the travel industry and beyond, to ultimately drive exponential revenue. The candidate will have the opportunity to build their own team to promote and commercialise the existing product portfolio and help curate our product roadmap.
Primary Responsibilities
The Head of Product Marketing at Conferma Pay is responsible for:
- Building and executing a product marketing strategy to proliferate the Conferma Pay platform into B2B payment flows.
- Working with Product, Marketing and Commercial teams to curate a powerful go-to-market.
- Benchmarking our competitors to ensure Conferma extends its market leading position.
- Engaging with our customers and partners to gain a feedback loop that helps drive our product roadmap and identify strong value proposition messaging to customers.
- Build, lead and inspire your team to deliver a strong and cohesive product marketing team.
- Create compelling content to drive market interest, across presentations, print and social media
Skills & Experience
You have:
- 5 or more years’ experience in product management and/or product marketing online B2B products and services.
- The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling, commercial, customer focussed communications.
- The ability to collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
- Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
You are:
- Highly competent product marketeer, with a keen eye for data driven decisioning and results orientated.
- A fantastic communicator, both written and verbal, that can evangelise our products and services to both internal and external audiences.
- The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts into compelling, commercial, customer focused communications.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn’t working.

Compensation
Base Salary: Salary and bonus dependent on location, experience and skills.
Bonus available: 10%
