Job Title:           Graphic Designer

About the Role

Responsible and accountable for creating design assets (both online and offline) across the business.

  • This role is integral to the execution plans for our new rebrand.
  • You will work closely with the marketing team and external agencies.
  • You will own the visual identity of the brand.
  • Hybrid role – 3 days in the office (Cheadle), 2 working from home.

Primary Responsibilities

A Graphic Designer at Conferma Pay is responsible for:

  • Creating designs from concept to completion that aligns with our brand.
  • Working across a broad and varied remit including web, print and multimedia.
  • Become brand guardian, ensuring consistent branding across all content and systems throughout the business.

Skills & Experience

You have:

  • Advanced experience of Adobe Creative Suite
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role (marketing agency experience is a plus)
  • Good understanding of artwork specification requirements for print and digital assets
  • A demonstrable design portfolio that showcases your ability to exceed expectations.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Pay & Perks

Compensation  

Competitive salary dependent on experience

10% bonus (eligible after probation period)
