About the Role

Ensure delivery of robust solutions.

The Development Team Leader for Reporting and Data will manage the development function across the key Conferma Pay product area. Their focus will be ensuring the accurate delivery against new product requirements, whilst maintaining sight of the product roadmap, technical strategy & policy compliance. The technology team also manage the MI, BI & Application Support needs of the business.

Primary Responsibilities

Development Team Leader at Conferma Pay is responsible for: 

  • Ownership of development within Reporting and Data; Maintain sight of the development roadmap, resource & capacity, technical debt, and policy compliance.
  • Facilitating all aspects of the SDLC. Enforcing best practice, ensuring high quality delivery across your team.
  • Mentoring and leadership of a multi-disciplined development team.
  • Consulting and providing technical guidance to meet business need.
  • Maintaining a high proficiency in multiple development technologies, coding languages and disciplines. Remain hands on.

Skills & Experience

You have: 

  • Ability to lead, mentor and line manage a team of 5+ engineers.
  • Proven experience contributing to the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.  
  • Demonstratable knowledge of industry best practices, development processes and methodologies.
  • Proven experience working to a high level in multiple programming languages and disciplines, with Microsoft .Net being a one of your strongest skill areas.
  • A strong background in data analysis and SQL programming.
  • Experience working with cross discipline peers including Product Managers, Delivery Mangers, and Design Leads.

Pay & Perks

Compensation  

Base Salary TBC 

Bonus available – 10% 

Salary and bonus dependent on location, experience and skills
