Banks and card schemes around the world can participate in our network and we will flow their virtual cards into anywhere that we are connected to. Today, we collect data from all major business purchasing platforms and provide matched transactions across the ecosystem.
Our network includes organisations like eNett, a pre-paid solution, right through to US Bank who work with a large corporate customer base across the US market. We make no differentiation between our banking partners; they are all equally loved.
This approach provides maximum flexibility as well as a consistent payment process throughout the entire ecosystem.
When a corporation makes a travel purchase through any of our partner platforms, the system requests Conferma Pay to deliver a virtual card with a set of associated controls.
Those controls may be date range, monetary value or merchant category restriction. Any card will only be issued when the level of data meets the requirements agreed between Conferma Pay and the selected purchasing platform. Conferma Pay then returns a virtual card number to be placed into the purchasing process with the hotel, the airline or another merchant. The merchant then charges that card and the transaction data is received and stored by Conferma Pay.
Through this secure process, access to all booking information received at the point of request is matched to the financial information when the card was billed. The consolidated information is then delivered to our banking partners and the corporate customers. Because this process is completed at the point of sale, there is no need for third-party files to be collected or processed.
This level of integration allows Conferma Pay to capture all transaction data in one place, so when a traveller returns to the office, their expense claim is completed without manual work.
